I really wanted to love my Joolca setup, but the temperature control has been kind of a pain. It’ll start out totally fine, then out of nowhere it gets way too hot or suddenly goes cold?! I tried making tiny adjustments, but it still felt unpredictable. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it made showers more stressful than relaxing. I felt like I spent more time fiddling with the knobs than actually showering. It’s not awful, but for the price, I expected it to be a lot more consistent.

I figured it might drain my little camp battery fast, but actually, no, it runs fine and barely seems to need much power. Works great with my setup so far

I had a feeling as soon as I tried them that the accessories weren’t going to work with mine, and sure enough, they didn’t fit properly. Kind of disappointing because I expected them to match up, but they just weren’t right for my setup.

It works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but it ended up costing more than I expected. I guess that’s just how everything is now, nothing is ever as cheap as you think it’s going to be.

Getting everything set up was straightforward, and the site felt easy enough to move around in. I did have to poke around for a minute to find one thing, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d say it was a smooth experience.

I do like that this can pull water from different setups instead of needing one specific tap, which is a big plus when you're camping. I bought this from joolca.com thinking it would make camping showers easier, and on paper it sounded straightforward. But once I actually started using it, the safety stuff made me really uneasy.

The flame shutoff didn’t seem like it was working properly for me, and I found myself constantly worrying about gas, overheating, or something going wrong. Maybe I got a bad unit, but that’s not the kind of thing I’m comfortable just shrugging off and hoping is fine.
Support was decent, but I still don’t feel good about using it. Their wording makes everything sound very neat and reassuring, but real-world safety matters more to me than polished company language. For a water heater, I need it to feel a lot more solid than this did...

My order from Joolca arrived in mostly good shape. The box had a small dent on one corner, which felt typical for my luck, but thankfully everything inside was fine and packed securely. Nothing was missing or damaged, so I can’t really complain too much. It just wasn’t perfect packaging, so I’m giving it 4 stars

Setup was quick for me. I only got stuck once, and that was probably because I was rushing and didn’t read the instructions closely enough

I’ve usually had good luck with this brand, so I was really hoping this would be an easy win. Setup wasn’t bad at all, and it does get the water warm, but the temperature keeps bouncing around while I’m using it. Sometimes it even goes cold out of nowhere, which gets frustrating fast. I don’t want to completely write it off because I do like the brand, but for the price, the heating performance feels unreliable. Not useless, just disappointing.

It works fine overall, so I can’t really complain about that. I just wish I’d realized how annoying the maintenance would get after a while. It’s not a dealbreaker, but if I could go back, I’d definitely factor that in more before buying.

I had a small issue with my joolca unit i was already bracing myself for the usual warranty runaround. You know, endless questions, back-and-forth emails, and making it way harder than it needs to be. But surprisingly, support got back to me quickly, didn’t give me a hard time, and just sent out the part I needed. Once it arrived, it fixed the problem. Kind of sad that basic helpful service feels like a win these days, but credit where it’s due, they handled it really well.

At first glance, I really liked the way it looked, and it does pack things decently enough. But after actually using it, the handle feels awkward in a way I didn’t expect. It makes me question the overall design a bit, i trust it a little less now than I did when I first got it.

The instructions were easy to follow, and I got my Joolca set up without too much hassle. I did get stuck for a bit on, uh, one of the hose parts, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the pictures in the guide were a little bigger

I really wanted to like this, but the pump is way louder than I expected. It’s not just a soft background hum or a little water sound, it’s loud enough that I notice it the whole time it’s running, and after a while it gets distracting. I bought it thinking it would be relaxing, but instead I find myself focusing on the noise from the pump, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. Maybe some people wouldn’t mind it if they’re using it in a louder room, but for me, in a quiet space, it’s hard to relax with it on.

I ordered from Joolca the whole shipping process felt easy. I got the tracking info sooner than I expected, and the delivery showed up without any hassle. The box arrived in good shape too, which always makes a good impression. It did take about a day longer than the original estimate, so I wouldn’t call it flawless, but the overall experience was still solid. I’d be happy to order from them again.

My Joolca order showed up quickly, and most of it was exactly what I ordered. One small fitting was different from what I picked though, which was annoying since I had to deal with it after the fact. Support got back to me and handled it okay, but I do wish the order had been checked a little better before it shipped.

As someone who tries to pack light and keep fuel use down when I’m out camping, I was kind of bummed by how quickly this goes through gas. It does work fine and heats water without any issue, so I can’t really complain there. I just expected it to be a little more efficient. Not a dealbreaker, but I do wish the fuel lasted longer.
